New to CrossFit? We run a fundamentals course 1x per month for new and existing members alike to introduce members to the CrossFit methodology. With safe, comprehensive and progressive sessions, learn the CrossFit movements, exercises, equipment and scaling options in order to get the most out of the CF TXXIII classes. This will also allow for our highly experienced coaches to assess individual’s aptitude, competency, and potential restrictions in movement patterns.
