ENDURANCE CLASS

Focussing on the most important muscle in the body, the heart, this class will test, and train, your anaerobic and aerobic system to improve your overall cardiovascular endurance. This one hour Endurance class will be based on raising your heart rate, and improving your fitness longevity. The class will be focused predominantly around the Concept 2 Rower, where you will also learn about correct set up, stroke rates, drag factor and pacing. Come enjoy the sweat and the feeling of accomplishment after this satisfying workout that is a great compliment to your CrossFit program.
