Description:

The Metcon Track or metabolic-conditioning track is a CrossFit based online class program. Our CrossFit qualified coaches program a 5-day per-week training system along with multiple live classes throughout the week. The program using constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to produce dramatic gains in health and fitness. Intensity is essential for results, the more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the better the results will be. It is suggested that you have at least one dumbbell, one kettlebell, a jump rope, and space. Our experienced coaches will walk you through a live class on Zoom to give you immediate feedback and motivation for training at home.

Barbell Track

Our Barbell Track is our home-based weightlifting program. We take the principles of a traditional Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting program to make a 5-day per week home program. Every workout and every live class are designed to get you stronger and more efficient with lifting a barbell. You will need a barbell to follow this track. Our experienced coaches will walk you through a live class on Zoom to give you immediate feedback and motivation for training at home.

Focusing on the most important muscle in the body, the heart, this online class will test, and train, your anaerobic and aerobic system to improve your overall cardiovascular endurance. The Cardio Track is made to be a supplement style program to add to one of our other tracks. It’s made on a one day on one day off style revolving around running but if you have a rower or bike you can still follow along.

Invincible Track

This track is an 8-week based rehab or rehabilitation program. If you want to improve an imbalance in strength in your shoulders, if you want to strengthen you back to illuminate pain, or if you need to improve the your hips from injury then this is the program for you. It is designed to recover from injury or prevent it from happening.
